A little about Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics, Camberwell

Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics is located in the heart of Camberwell, in Melbourne’s Inner East, only 9kms from the Melbourne City Centre. We are a state-of-the-art clinic, providing professional podiatry and orthotic services to all members of the family, from children’s feet, to adult feet and senior’s feet.

We have been providing foot care services to the greater Melbourne population for over 50 years. With an emphasis on patient values, comprehensive diagnosis and high quality treatment we are the preferred choice for podiatry care and orthotic therapy for the whole family.

Why do we like new graduates?

We love a new graduate’s passion for the profession and we love mentoring them and turning them into great podiatrists. Nothing frustrates us more seeing a young podiatrist leave the profession because they have been poorly mentored in the past.

Owner Sam Brown, has been a podiatrist for over 27 years now and believes that the one thing you can’t buy in the profession is experience, but you can certainly pass on the knowledge gained from experience with the right mentoring and education.

The main issue when new graduates start their podiatry career is confidence in the role. With early student mentoring we can build your confidence meaning that when you finally start your podiatry career you can hit the ground running without fear.

Why MPAO for new graduates?

Our track record with new graduates speaks for itself. We have a pretty simple ethos – we treat you well and nurture you through your early podiatry career. We provide the best work environment with the best support.

All of the new graduates we have mentored in the past still love and are heavily involved in the profession. They all end up loving working here and they go on to have successful long careers in the profession. Most end up working here for a long time they love it so much!
