Sam Brown is the owner and head podiatrist at Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics. He graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne in 1997 with a Bachelor of Podiatry and has over 20 years of podiatry experience working in private practice.

Sam is a highly experienced Melbourne podiatrist in all aspects of podiatry and custom orthotic prescription. His major areas of interest are paediatrics, biomechanics and custom orthotics. His knowledge plus experience allows him to diagnose and treat a whole range of children’s foot problems. Other podiatry interests include heel pain, sports podiatry, ingrown toenail surgery and general foot care. Sam regularly attends APODA national and state conferences as well staying up to date with the latest research in podiatry through professional development. He is a current member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Australia.

Outside of podiatry Sam is a family man and enjoys staying active and healthy whilst spending quality time outdoors with his children Jesse, Estelle and Leo. Other interests include travel, movies, sports, fitness and horse racing.

Rhea Manussen has been an integral part of the podiatry team at Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics since 2013. She graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne in 2012 with a Bachelor of Podiatry and Master of Podiatric Practice.

Rhea is a very experienced Melbourne podiatrist in all facets of podiatry and orthotic prescription. She particularly enjoys biomechanics, paediatrics and ingrown toenail surgery. Other podiatry interests include sports injuries and diabetes foot care. Rhea regularly attends APODA conferences and seminars, whilst staying up to date with the latest podiatric research through continuing professional development. She is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Australia.

Outside of work Rhea pursues an active lifestyle, participating in basketball and women’s AFL. She is a dog lover and enjoys walking her 2 dogs. Other hobbies include hiking / bushwalking, tennis and skiing.

Adrian Bianco has been a podiatrist at Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics since graduating from La Trobe University Melbourne in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Podiatric Practice.

Adrian is a qualified Melbourne podiatrist in all facets of podiatry including custom orthotic prescription. He lists his major interests as gait analysis, nail surgery and paediatrics. Other interests include plantar fasciitis treatment, diabetes and general foot care. Adrian regularly attends APODA national and state conferences and stays up to date with the latest podiatric research through continuing professional development. He is also a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Australia.

Adrian’s hobbies include playing and watching sport, where he is an avid AFL Hawks, Liverpool FC and Melbourne Victory fan. Other personal interests outside of work include staying fit through karate training, playing indoor soccer and relaxing whilst watching his favourite movies and TV shows.

Katrina Challis has been an important podiatry team member at Melbourne Podiatrists & Orthotics since completing her Bachelor of Podiatry from La Trobe University Melbourne at the end of 2006.

Katrina is an experienced Melbourne podiatrist in many different areas of podiatric practice and custom orthotic prescription. She has an enthusiasm for all aspects of general foot care, senior’s foot care and children’s foot problems. She also has a keen interest in biomechanics and the treatment of sports injuries with orthotic therapy. Katrina regularly attends APODA conferences and seminars and stays up to date with the latest research in podiatry through continuing professional development. She is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Australia.

Outside of podiatry Katrina’s focus is on spending time with her family and her two young daughters Ruby and Zoe. She also enjoys running and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, whilst attending the odd AFL game when she gets the chance. Other personal interests include a love of travel, photography and cooking.
